Below are the little things you'll want to know when coming to see us.

1) A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to set an appointment and goes toward your procedure. All balances are due at the end of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. We also offer Afterpay!
2) We require 24 hour notice for schedule changes and have a 10 minute grace period. If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, no show or arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit any deposit/prepayment. So please schedule responsibly and take traffic, weather and duck crossings into consideration when planning your commute.
3) You can reschedule your appointment online, through your confirmation email, at any time 25 or more hours before your scheduled appointment.
4) If you made a same day appt AND/OR if your appt is less than 24 hours away, you will no longer be able to cancel/reschedule/change your appointment because there's no way we can now fill in this slot. You will forfeit your deposit if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or if you cancel/reschedule.
5) If you schedule multiple services but arrive late to your appointment causing us to only complete a portion of the services requested, you are still financially responsible for everything you requested at the time you made the appointment because we allowed additional time to your appointment based on your request.
6) Please make sure your hair is AT LEAST half inch long which means no waxing, trimming or shaving for the past 3 weeks.
7) We only accept clients who are 18 years or older and our tables accommodate up to 300 pounds**.
8) Yes, you can wax during your monthly bleeding. We live in the Middle Freakin’ GA Area circa 2024 which means you won’t be banished to a menstruation hut. Just use a clean tampon or menstrual cup!
9) When you arrive to our studio, if the door is locked and we don’t answer in a timely manner, you may be earlier than expected and we are still with the current clients. Please wait in your car and we’ll be with you.
